Owners and Management Team
INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS was developed and initiated by several local business-people to serve a segment of the construction and home improvement marketplace. The goal of the owners and managers is to provide an exceptional experience to our customers. The backgrounds of the people involved is diverse with a track record of achievement. They embrace the philosophy of “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”.
MICKY BRAFFORD is an entrepreneur in the most basic sense of the word. He has started and run a variety of businesses from a young age. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of Dream Builders, a custom home building and remodeling business, as well having a hand in multiple other businesses. In his ownership role, he will serve as CEO and CFO of Interior Improvements.
GREG DANIELS brings a wealth of business knowledge and experience to the company in sales and management. He will serve as a Managing Partner and the Director of Operations, his current role with The Insurance Center Group.
SHAMUS MCPHEE adds a variety of skills to the company in his ownership role. His career includes construction management, sales, and supervision. He currently manages projects for Dream Builders and will oversee logistics, material management, and installation for Interior Improvements.
CINDY WEBB will provide important and varied services to the company and their customers. From office and bookkeeping to service work, she will be the glue that binds it together. Cindy has served the same role for the owners’ other businesses for over 25 years.
